About the project
Eneryscape needed a unified platform to manage the full lifecycle of their projects — from initiation and task allocation through to execution tracking and workflow orchestration. We built a cross-platform project management web tool and companion mobile app that gives team leads complete visibility over project status, enables precise task assignment to the right people, and structures project workflows to keep every stakeholder aligned and accountable across all active workstreams.
The Challenge
Eneryscape's teams were coordinating multiple concurrent projects using disconnected tools, making it difficult to assign tasks accurately, track progress in real time, and maintain clear ownership as projects scaled. The challenge was to centralise project coordination without disrupting how teams already worked — ensuring high adoption while dramatically improving visibility, accountability, and the overall flow of work.
Our Solution
We designed a project management system built around Eneryscape's actual workflow: projects are broken into phases with configurable workflow stages, tasks are assigned at the individual level with clear ownership and deadlines, and managers get a live overview of progress across all active workstreams. The companion mobile app keeps teams connected to their assignments on the go — allowing status updates, comments, and file attachments from anywhere — while staying in continuous sync with the web platform.
